Supporting refined product exports through disciplined, compliance-first brokerage.

Apollo Oil & Gas LLC operates under a compliance-first governance framework designed to meet U.S. and international regulatory expectations applicable to cross-border energy brokerage.

Our compliance culture is embedded in every stage of engagement and is non-negotiable.

Regulatory & Sanctions Compliance

Apollo Oil & Gas does not engage with sanctioned individuals, entities, vessels, or jurisdictions.

All counterparties are screened against:

  • U.S. Treasury Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC)
  • United Nations sanctions programs
  • European Union restrictive measures
  • Applicable national and multilateral regulatory bodies

Transactions involving high-risk jurisdictions are subject to enhanced due diligence or automatic exclusion.

Anti-Bribery, Corruption & Ethical Conduct

We enforce a zero-tolerance policy toward:

  • Bribery, kickbacks, and facilitation payments
  • Conflicts of interest or improper influence
  • Undisclosed commissions or inducements
  • Misrepresentation of authority or role

Employees, agents, and partners must comply with all applicable anti-corruption laws, including the U.S. Foreign Corrupt Practices Act and international equivalents.

Counterparty Due Diligence Framework

Every engagement is subject to a risk-based assessment that may include:

  • Corporate registration and beneficial ownership verification
  • Review of trading or consumption history
  • Market reputation and adverse media screening
  • Banking relationship and payment-pathway validation
  • Jurisdictional, political, and geopolitical risk profiling

Failure to meet due diligence requirements results in immediate disengagement.

Transaction Integrity Controls

Apollo Oil & Gas acts solely as a broker or sales agent and does not:

  • Take custody of funds or LC proceeds
  • Assume delivery, title, or operational risk
  • Interfere in logistics, shipping, or customs processes

These controls protect counterparties and preserve clean, compliant transaction structures.

Ongoing Monitoring & Escalation

Counterparties are monitored throughout the lifecycle of engagement. Any change in ownership, banking relationships, or jurisdictional exposure triggers review and re-screening.

Reporting & Enforcement

All suspected compliance or ethical violations must be reported immediately to:
info@apollooilgas.com

Apollo Oil & Gas reserves the right to terminate any engagement that does not meet its compliance or ethical standards without notice.

Commitment to Integrity

Our reputation is built on clarity of role, disciplined execution, and ethical engagement.
Compliance is not a formality at Apollo Oil & Gas – it is our operating standard.
