McDonald A. Dougbe brings over 25 years of experience in the global energy sector, with a career focused on refined petroleum products, international market access, and cross-border energy transactions.
He has worked closely with refineries, licensed traders, national distributors, and industrial off-takers across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and select Asian markets. His expertise spans the commercial facilitation of Diesel (AGO), Gasoline (PMS), Jet A-1, and Fuel Oil exports, emphasizing disciplined buyer origination, structured negotiations, and clean agency-based engagement models.
A defining feature of his leadership is a commitment to role clarity and transaction integrity. Rather than operating as a principal trader, he has consistently championed brokerage and agency frameworks that prioritize transparency, compliance, and long-term counterparty trust.
